Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or not purchased directly from our website are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or promotional items (including “free + shipping” deals) are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. Proof (such as photos or videos) may be required.
4. Process for Returns
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
